Newbie Article Writers - 4 Astounding Secrets for Writing an Effective Article

Every day there are thousands of people who want to become an article writer. Most of them disappear after a few tries because they don't have the training or insight on how to create successful articles. If you truly want to become an article writer then you should pay close attention to the following 4 secrets to help you learn the correct way to write an article.

Here are the 4 secret steps for writing an effective article:

1) Write at least 400 words. Most Article Directories today require a minimum of 400 words in order for your articles to be accepted. Your article should have a title, an introduction, a body and a conclusion. Generally, your introduction should be about 100-150 words, your body of the article should contain about 250 - 300 words and your conclusion should be about 50 - 100 words. None of these numbers are carved in stone except you must have at least the minimum of 400 words for your entire article.

2) The title should contain a main keyword. Keywords in an article aren't as important as many people say they are but that's a discussion I'll save for another article. However, you should always try to place your main keyword as the first word of your article title or at least somewhere in the title. This is for a number of reasons. It is the first thing that a reader sees and it is also the first thing that a search engine bot sees when it is crawling your article. This will help your rankings in the search engines.

3) The body should have bullets or numbers. If you have more than one point to make with your information, then you should present it in bulleted or numbered paragraphs. This makes it much easier to see and the reader will then know that you have much to say about your topics. Each paragraph should refer to your title or the reader will feel like you're just adding filler and no real information. Or worse yet, the reader might think that you really don't know what you're talking about and won't read any more of your articles in the future - there goes a potential buyer of your products!

4) Proofread your work before it's sent to the publisher. Most computers have spell checkers so that you can check your work and make sure that there are no misspellings contained in it. Today Article Directories also have spell checkers and could reject your article because of a misspelling or, perhaps, bad grammar. This means time wasted in fixing your article and not getting it published early. Bottom Line: Proofread your work before submission.

3 Tips to Writing Effective Articles for Affiliate Marketing

There are many ways of how to make money online. For those who want to work from home, joining an affiliate program is the quickest way to get started and make money fast. However, to be successful in marketing on the internet, you need to make a good web presence. The best way to achieve this, which also is a form of free advertising, is to write articles and post them online. In this article we will cover 3 tips of how to write effective articles for affiliate internet marketing.

There are three parts to every article. Let's take a look at what these are, and how you can make sure yours are written in the best possible way.

1. Article Title

The first thing your reader will see is your article title. This is an exceptionally important part of your article and serves as a headline does on a salespage. Your title needs to captivate the reader, get their attention and prompt them to read further. You want your article title to be irresistible so they can't help but click on the link and read the entire page.

2. Article Description

When article directories submit your content into their database, typically your title shows and possibly your description, or the first paragraph within your article content. This is one of a few reasons why that first paragraph is very important. It not only works to describe what your article is about, but just like the title or header, it also needs to work to motivate your reader to continue reading.

3. Article Body Content

The remainder of your article should carry the reader right to the end. Don't think that if your title and initial paragraph is good that they will simply continue reading. You still need to bring them along with you by weaving your article content so that it directly addresses the topic of your article. Keep it interesting and on topic. Use short paragraphs rather than lengthy ones and limit your article body content to around 400 characters in total.

Tip: If you are able to outsource the writing to a seasoned writer, I'd recommend considering it. You'll be able to free up some time and focus on promoting your business and brand in other ways.

There you go. By following the above tips you should be able to write effective articles which will draw traffic to your website. As with all things, practice makes perfect.

Article Marketing - The Great Debate

There is much debate online about whether or not article marketing still works. And when I say "article marketing", I mean the process of writing a high quality article, and submitting them to the article directories. After all, isn't that what they're there for? To get you more traffic to your website, and also to get your articles syndicated from other website owners who publish your article onto their website?

This is something that you should be definitely doing. And no... the great debate has nothing to do with whether or not you should submit your articles to the article directories. The great debate is whether or not you should write for humans, or write for the search engines.

You will hear a ton of conflicting advice about this topic. And guess what? You will find very successful people online giving you 2 separate pieces of advice. So what does this mean? It simply means that both techniques are feasible, and both work within their own domain.

So which one should YOU choose? Well, that's what I want to talk to you about today. I myself personally subscribe to 1 of these 2 notions, and it works very well for me. But for other marketers online, the other notion works well for them too. Here's the first consideration you should keep in mind when doing your article marketing:

1) Writing for humans

Personally I like this idea better. When you write for humans, your words are easy to read and understand. If a human likes your article, they will be more apt to click on your website link in your signature, and take some kind of action on your website. When you write for humans, your thoughts and ideas come off as clear and coherent.

There isn't any doubt that a human wrote it, and not a robot. So when writing your articles, make sure you write for humans. It will build your fan base up, and will help you to become a favorite amongst the many people in your niche. Here's the other side of the argument that we have to look at:

2) Writing for search engines

The idea behind this makes sense, but some people overdo it. Many people hear the term "keyword density", yet still overpower their article with redundant keywords. A lot of article directories won't allow this, and the search engines are getting smart enough to see past this practice.

Always shoot for a 2 to 3% keyword density. This basically means that for every 100 words, you want to include your main keyword term 2 to 3 times. This is pretty good. Make sure your article is readable and doesn't sound like a lot of nonsense. Even if the search engine ranks you high for your article, what good would it be if a reader couldn't read it easily, and they just leave your site - not buying or clicking on anything?

These 2 ideas are things that you need to test out in your own online business. I personally like method number 1 of writing for humans. This way, you know you're going to generate high quality articles, and that your readers will enjoy them also when they take a look at it.

Good luck with your article marketing efforts today.

What to Include in Your Resource Box of an Article

Many starting up article marketers wonder what makes a good resource box. Although many article marketing sites have a guide, not everybody reads these and make a huge mistake, resulting in low click rates and conversions. The below guide is designed to provide them with an overview on how to create a killer resource box.

Personal Information

When writing personal information, it is required to use third person. This looks more professional and convincing. If there are some achievements, rewards the author is proud of, these need to be included. The personal statement needs to answer the reader's questions: "who is this person?" "what do they do?" "how can they help me?" If the resource box answers these questions, people will check out the profile automatically.

Expertise

When writing about personal expertise, awards and achievements need to be mentioned again. Simply stating that one is an expert in something would not convince most of the readers. They would need solid proof. This can be work experience, data, statistical data or anything that is considered to be a success in the eyes of readers.

Contact

It is important to include contact information; most authors use their website address, others include social media account details. No matter what is included; it should be easy for people to provide feedback, ask questions through various channels. It is not advisable to include personal email addresses, though, as there are many spammers out there. However, when people can follow someone on Twitter with one click, the conversion will be higher.

Promise

A good resource box would include a promise. This can be a free training, more information on the site, a report or anything that has a high perceived value for the target audience. The promise needs to be clear and well-defined. If it is a limited offer or requires a subscription, it is better to include the information than to get some people leave the site disappointed.

Call to Action

The most important part of a resource box is the call to action with a clickable link. This should tell the audience what they need to do in order to get their free information; some users would require a step by step description. The promise needs to be strong enough to make people click, therefore, it is good to include the value of the information or gift. For example: "Check out <clickable link> for your free report about xxxx worth $49.

5 Tactics for Creating Killer Articles

Here are 5 very important article marketing tactics and principles for long term success. You see a lot of people seem to be earning good money with article marketing.

You too can be one of them. But the important thing is that you have to learn the secrets of article marketing and implement them. You also need to be consistent, persistent and show determination.

1. Articles, articles and more articles:

The more articles that you are able to write and get in the directories, the higher your ranking in the search engines will be.

2. Write shorter articles:

The internet search, because of the immense quantity of information, requires a fast and focused search. That is why harboring the internet searchers' short attention span is of utmost importance in being a No Cost Marketer. Plus this goes hand in hand with tip #1, if you can write two 400 word articles instead of one 800 word one, you'll have twice as many articles to your name.

3. Write in The Mornings:

If you want to write a lot of articles, then you have to start early. There is no time like early morning. Get up early in the morning and start your No Cost Marketing efforts at that time.

Whenever I start my work early in the morning, I find that usually I accomplish more during the day than if I got up late. Not only is this No Cost Marketing tip good for your business but also for your health.

So try to get up early from now on and start your no cost marketing! Really it can work wonders, just try it out a few days. If you are serious about your internet marketing business, then try to get up early.

4. Information. Information. Information:

The only thing that will make your articles valuable to your readers is the information they contain. The more information you share, the better your chances of getting positive response from these people. What I suggest is that you focus on discussing very specific topics so you can easily make your articles brief and to the point. Offer information that is useful to your readers. Instead of giving them general information or talking about the history of certain things, offer them with guides and tips. When needed, talk about their problems and offer solutions. These people will surely love you for doing so.

5. Write "How To" Articles:

When you stop and think about it, people search online because they have some problem and want to know how to solve it or make things better. Solve that problem for them.

Effective Article Marketing - 4 Steps to Energize Your Article Marketing

Are you getting results from article marketing when you use it as your main source of traffic generation? Are you concerned that your articles are lacking in information? Why won't people click through to your squeeze page and sign up for your list?

To help you with these problems, I am going to give you 4 steps to help you energize your article marketing:

1) Define your target readers. Before you begin to write any articles, you should ask your readers exactly what they want explained. Go to your list and ask them what problems they have. Go to forums on your niche and find out what is of interest to them. Now you know exactly what your readers want, so give it to them. Since it's what they have asked for, they should be more than happy to read your entire article and want even more information.

2) Choose a topic of interest. If you want the attention of your readers then you must use topics that interest them. You should talk about their problems and show them that you can solve them. Of course you usually can't solve all of their problems in only one article but, if you make the information crisp and clear, they will accept that you know what you are talking about and want more on the subject. This will make them amenable to clicking to your squeeze page and joining your list to get even more great information on the subject.

3) Establish your credibility. In order to get your readers to buy your products you must first get them to trust you. They must see that your knowledge of the topic is first-rate and they will be sure that you will be giving them great information. You can do this by trying to resolve their biggest problems and burning questions. When you do this you will convince your readers that you truly know what you are talking about regarding your topics.

4) Watch your article length. Your article should be at least 400 and should not exceed 550 words. If it is too long then your reader might lose interest. Remember, there are probably many articles dealing with your topic for a reader to look through. Many people just quickly browse through the articles because they don't have a lot of time. If your article is too long you may have people losing interest and not choose to completely read your article.

Surfing the Internet to Provide for the Family

For many months, Andrew was finding that living without being employed was weighing heavily on his mind and soul. He unceasingly thought about not having a job and suffered inwardly at the thought of never, ever getting one. At 66, he was way past the retiring age of 50 practiced in his country and he silently cursed the people who were responsible for making such an unjust and unfeeling decision. Why, he felt like he was not past his 40th birthday. It was because of them that he was in this predicament. He had to get even somehow. He just had to get a job.

Andrew's wife, a woman of high principles, though of short stature, had given birth to nine children, five boys and four girls. She was excellent around the house and in organizing her children. The boys had grown up to be fine young men, married and quite naturally, their wives gave birth to healthy children. Although Andrew's sons were all employed, it so happened that sometimes they ran out of money before the next pay check came around. During these emergencies, they would naturally fall back on their father to supply them with money and this became the established ritual between father and sons. The girls were a different kettle of fish. They lived at home with their parents and therefore never found themselves to be in short of cash. Father always provided. The situation improved further when the eldest daughter Conchitta got a job with government. Nevertheless, the father was finding difficult to recoupe what he was giving to his sons and this was the reason why he was always staring out the window.

One fine morning, he was sitting at his work table as usual staring out the window, while his 'Inovo' laptop screen stared back at him from the 24 inch void between them. Then all of a sudden he stood up. "That's it! An online job is the solution" he shouted. "Why didn't I think of it before?" Just as quickly as he had jumped up, he thumped his backside back onto his chair and sat himself in front of his laptop full of energy and purpose. He started to surf the internet tapping the concrete floor with his bare feet, showing the tell tale signs of pure excitement from what he had just discovered. He remained glued to his laptop screen from that moment and nothing would budge him from it come what may, whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or 12 o'clock midnight! He had breakfast, lunch and dinner on his work table and sometimes slept on it.

Andrew surfed the internet for nearly three months and although there were many offers, none matched up with what he had in mind. He needed an offer that was free, immediately available and one in which he could directly participate. None of the offers he viewed conformed with these qualities and his search seemed destined to fail. One morning, as he was 'surfing', something came on screen which caught his attention - the first miracle. It was the site of a service provider's group with the very elegant and exquisite title of 'Elance'. The sign up details on the site showed Andrew how to complete his profile, submit his resume, take part in tests, set a value on his skills, how to complete a proposal, how to meet clients and that was it! The job started from there. Andrew couldn't believe what he saw. At last he had found what he was looking for but he had to make sure. He desperately needed to be able to write articles to improve his writing skills and he was confident that the site he had found would give him the opportunity. As it turned out it didn't provide him with the opportunity to write. He had to keep on searching.

During the next four weeks, Andrew continued his search on the internet for a free opportunity to write articles so he could hone his English writing skills. He again searched Google for the likely sites that would grant him the chance to write and finally, on the last day of the month, he found it - the second miracle. He came across another service provider with the equally well chosen and enticing title of 'InterestingArticles'. Andrew was elated and he could not hold back the excitement he felt at seeing the site. He knew that he had found what he was looking for when he saw: "Become an Author" in one of the 'click' boxes. When he clicked the box and everything was revealed to him, he knew that at last, after 4 months, he had succeeded in finding exactly what he was interested in doing and what was more exciting was that the two miracle sites were absolutely free.

He was so happy and excited that he decided to write as many articles as he could starting with this one. Who knows, he may also be able to fill his wallet while he is at it, especially with the added bonus of being able to create a website and earning some money from using it.

Why You Should Have An Attention Grabbing Title When You Submit An Article To An Article Directory

A quite busy editor for an article directory is deciding what to run in the next day's "Article of the Day" feature. He had decided that he will base the decision only on the title the writers submit with the article. One writer says she will submit an article titled "Urgent: Stock Market Has Wild Ride!" while another writer will submit an article titled "Stock Market Goes Up, Then Down." Which is more attention grabbing? Which will most people probably feel is more interesting? The first one, right? Why is that?

Headlines that sound urgent, are attention grabbing, evoke emotion(s) and set the right tone, can be more captivating and helpful to a reader. This intrigue can help increase the chance that the person reads the entire article. Also, the writer that submits an article with a headline that sets an appropriate tone for the article is likely doing the reader a large favor by providing a more satisfactory reading experience.

The headline is the first chance the writer has to make an impression of what the article is about and how it is written. Choosing words that accurately describe the content of the article can be quite challenging. Setting an accurate tone and style can be important in making the reader feel that the title was an accurate description of what the article is about. The very last thing a writer wants to do is make the person reading the article feel confused due to the change of tone from the title to the body of the article itself. This will likely alienate the reader and have a negative influence on the reader's opinion of the quality of writing in the article directory and the article directory itself.

If we return to the article directory example, if the writer who wants to submit the article titled "Urgent: Stock Market Has Wild Ride!" decides for whatever reason to down play the turn of events of the stock market and uses unexciting and mundane descriptions like "so-so", "uneventful" and "normal and boring" the reader will feel there was a disconnect with the title of the article and the body of the article. This is a situation that can easily be avoided with an accurate, encompassing and proper title.

Attention grabbing, well-written headlines are, well, just at the top of items to learn in order to write great and effective articles to submit to an article directory.

Success awaits!

Article Marketing Will Always Work

In my opinion, article marketing will never go away. How could it? The internet is made up of content, and the search engines want to deliver that content to the people who want it. So how could marketing articles online ever stop working? This will never happen. You see, as I write this article, there are many people who will be looking for the content I am writing. So I am positioning myself to be found online, and you can do the same. Here's a strategy I think you will like:

Write 5 articles per day for the next 30 days. After 30 days of writing, you will have lots of visitors to your website. The fact is that the more articles you put online, the more traffic you get, and the more traffic you get, the more money you will make. Article marketing is great for building trust with your prospects. And when you can get people to trust you, I mean REALLY trust you, the amount of money you can make online will be endless. This is just the way it is. So what do you write about?

What niche are you in? What do people want to learn? What are their questions? Do they have problems? Finding topics to write about is really easy when you keep an open mind. Write an article for each question someone wants an answer to. This is a wonderful way to create content rather quickly. Have you read anything new lately? If so, write an article explaining your opinion of what you read. It's EASY.

When people tell me that article marketing doesn't work anymore, I laugh. Why would I be writing this article right now if it didn't bring me results? I wouldn't be. I would be doing something else. Marketing with articles is a great way to increase your online exposure and establish yourself as the expert in your niche. People will read your articles and begin to love your content. They will look for new articles written by you every day. Are you beginning to realize the power of writing articles? Do you see the potential you have?

I don't think anyone can honestly say that they would trust an ad over an article they read. Ads are just links that people click. An article is so much more than that. An article is a part of you. Can creating ads give you the same results as writing articles? I don't think so.

Is Article Writing and Marketing Still Valid?

Many people will tell me that article marketing is dead. And I simply reply, "Would I still be writing articles if it didn't work?" Of course not! It always makes me chuckle whenever I hear people say that. You see, I've been a full-time article writer for over 3 years now, and I will continue to do so because I know the power of content syndication. I understand that it is not just one article that brings traffic to my website, it is many.

Let me go into more detail. Every morning, when I decide to fall out of bed, I go down to my computer and start writing. Most of the time I don't even know what I'm going to write about, but I do it anyway. Why? Well, it's because the articles I write will be responsible for my future online. And let me tell you, I write a lot of articles. I've been known to write as many as 20 in a single day. And do you want to know how those worked out? Well, each copy I write will eventually, over the course of several months, earn me $45 to $60. That's not a bad accomplishment for just a few hours of work each day.

So, is article marketing dead? I'll leave that for you to decide. But let me leave you with this. If you could write 10-15 articles per day, with just a few hours of work, would you? In other words, if each article would make you, on average, $52 in the next few months, would you write them? Let's put that into perspective. After a few months, every batch of 10 articles you wrote would make you $520. Now, would you write then a day for two months? If you have the proper product funnel in place, meaning that you have a $25, $100, $500, and $997 being promoted to new subscribers on your list, you would be making on average about $31,200 every two months. Would you like to make that kind of money?

So how is that possible? Well, my testing has shown that each article will bring me 3 new subscribers. That's 600 new subscribers every 2 months at 10 articles per day. I have discovered that every subscriber on my list will spend about $17.33 over the course of the first 2 months. So do the math. How much money would you be earning with 1,800 new subscribers every 2 months? So, is article marketing dead?

Article Marketing Is Still Alive

Article marketing is still relevant. It still works. People give up too easily before they see results. You see, marketing articles is exactly like planting a harvest of pumpkins. Take the farmer for example. A farmer must plant the seeds, water them, and wait five months before he sees any hint of a pumpkin. It takes time. Does the farmer go out to his farm one day, throw up his hands and say "This doesn't work!?" Of course he doesn't. He knows that the process will take time. And when he is patient with the harvest, the results will come.

Writing articles should be treated the exact same way. Every article you write is just like a seed. And once that seed has had time to grow, amazing things happen. You will get a high performing income generating machine. This will take time, but isn't that exciting? I think so. I think that if more marketers saw the potential with content marketing, we'd have more millionaires in our world. Ever article that you write will add to the income you can make online.

Some people are scared of the new Panda update. And I say, "Why?" Fear is only going to stop you from getting the results you want. If you didn't do things because you were afraid to do them, you wouldn't get anywhere in life. So what is the reason for traffic falling with articles? Well, I believe that there is only one reason. People aren't writing high quality content. They find a piece of content online, and then they rehash it. They rewrite the content without even thinking about it. So what does that do? Well, it two bad things. Probably more than that, but you get the point. One, it causes Google to ignore ever article you write. And two, you waste valuable time, and lose money.

So what happened to all the content that was there? One thing happened. Google dumped them off the net. They dropped them in the garbage. This is awesome news for you! This means that now, you will be able to take advantage of all the free space that is available to you.

But here's the truth... You must write good stuff. You can't expect to see results if you are just copying every person you find online. Find your voice. What do you have to offer people? What can you teach people? Write about it! Take 15 minutes and jot down some notes. Once you have some ideas. Write an article about it. Do you see how easy this is? It's alright. You're doing well. Just don't give up.

Profitable Content Marketing - 3 Content Title Mistakes and What to Do Instead (Prospects, Profits)

Crafting profitable content titles will bring you more prospects and profits.

And you do want more prospects and profits, right?

The challenge is there are so many mistakes you can make when you are creating titles for your content. So in this article I'll show you 3 of the many mistakes and what to do instead. Ready?

3 Mistakes and What to Do Instead

Title Mistake #1 - Failure to brainstorm your title - 99 percent of people create one title and go with it. So what's so wrong with that - why is it a mistake?

Well, since your title is the most important part of your content, you want to spend a great deal of time on it. If your title stinks, very few people will read your content. If your title is compelling and well thought out, you will dramatically increase the number of prospects who read your content.

What to do instead - Experiment with dozens of titles. Play with the benefits you offer. Narrow your titles down to the top 3 and run them by a few people. See which ones they like the best.

Title Mistake #2 - Failure to front load your title with keywords - When you fail to include keywords in the first four words of your title, Google will not find your content. So a title that starts with "How to Deliver the... " is a lousy title.

What to do instead - Include keywords in the first four words of you title. It's quite easy to do. For example, check out the title of this article you are reading. "Profitable Content Marketing" includes the keyword phrase "Content Marketing" while still being attractive to your prospect.

Mistake #3 - Failure to include benefits in your title - You must remember that your prospect is a busy person who has lots of options for how they spend their time. When you fail to include in your title any of the benefits of reading your content, most prospects will bypass your content.

What to do instead - Include compelling benefits that will make your prospect want to stop want they are doing to consume your content. Again, let's use the title of this article as an example. "Profitable Content Marketing - 3 Content Title Mistakes and What to Do Instead (Prospects & Profits)" tells the prospect that not only will 3 mistakes be revealed, you'll also find out what to do instead.

That will make prospects want to consume your content right away.

Ways to Get Your Articles Read More

One of the biggest problems people face when it comes to article marketing is getting enough visitors to their website. They feel that their efforts aren't paying off and it's useless to continue the journey.

The fact is marketing with articles has never been more effective. People are quick to jump on board with every new traffic building method out there that they forget what has always worked.

Content is what makes up the internet. So doesn't it make sense that content is what will drive traffic to your website and make sales? After all, that's where people purchase products online.

So assuming that you want to get more article views and more clicks to your website, I will give you some tips for the best results. Be sure to follow this method exactly the way I teach it.

The method goes like this: Write 5 articles per day and submit them to the top article directory. If you can keep up the pace for 30 days, your traffic will be very consistent. After the 30 days are up, you will have 150 articles in your account.

Using this strategy will make it much easier for the top search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing to index your content. Once you content is successfully indexed, you begin to receive traffic.

When conducting your article marketing, you should be sure to use this technique all the time. It's not a good idea to use it only once every month. I suggest that you submit all the articles you want direct traffic from to the top article directory.

You will get the most traffic from the top directories. Also, be sure to write high quality content. Don't spend too much time trying to make everything perfect when writing your first draft. Once you have the first draft done, go back and check for spelling and grammar errors. Take a look at the quality of the content as well.

The truth is that the more content your publish online the better your results will be. And your content will never go away. It's up for life.

Now, do you think you can implement this technique? It really is all about practice. Once you have successfully used it a few times, things get much easier. Article marketing is still VERY effective and I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.

The fact is you can write an article in seven minutes. That's eight articles per hour. Do you think your traffic building results would be better if you could write this many articles?

Tips For Making Article Marketing Work For You

One part of online marketing that a lot of people hate is article development. Because of this, many online business owners would rather outsource their article writing, instead of doing it themselves. I personally think that you should write your own articles yourself because you know how the article will come out, and you won't have to spend a dime for it.

Now some people just have large advertising budgets that allow them to outsource their article writing. Is it a bad investment? Sometimes it's not, and sometimes it is. You may find an article writer with a good background and good sample work, but when it comes down to researching your niche and writing up quality articles for you - they just fall short.

If you would like to get the upper hand online and start earning the money that you know you should be making, you're going to have to put your article marketing efforts into high gear. Now isn't the time to be slacking off. In today's economy, you need the "edge" to stay alive despite competition, and you need the "will" to make your business succeed.

So when doing your article marketing, what kind of things should you do first? Well the first thing that you should do is to be an expert in your niche. You shouldn't enter into a niche where you don't know much about. If you're just trying to do some SEO and write poor articles that don't relate to anything within your niche... you won't make any money - and it doesn't matter how many articles like this that you write.

Your articles have to be of high quality. It's best to do some niche research to see what some of the problems are, and how you can come through and offer them something that will be of immense benefit for you. This is something that is very important, and isn't something that you should neglect.

I personally like to stick within the 400-500 word range when writing up articles. They are perceived as higher quality articles as opposed to 250 word articles. But this is just perception. There are many 250 word articles that has more quality content than 700 word articles out there. But you have to keep your prospects in mind, and hopefully get them to view your content as something that they would like to see over and over again.

Article marketing is tough. Many people do it, and many people choose not to do it. Some like outsourcing the work, and some people feel like it's a waste of time. I don't think it's a waste of time though, because submitting articles to the article directories and on your blog and website are still viable means to get more new traffic to your website.

Take it from me... the more articles you write and get out on the internet, the more traffic you will get. The less you write, the slower the leads will be coming in for you. So keep this in mind when trying to earn the traffic and sales for your business when doing article marketing.

Take these tips and use them to improve your article marketing efforts today.

Good luck with making more money online.
